3.3 Compliance: All trades must comply with Paraguayan laws and any applicable international trade regulations.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Service Fees: PCX may charge fees for listing or transaction facilitation. Fee structures will be communicated clearly to users.
4.2 Payment Terms: Users agree to pay any applicable fees promptly. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
4.3 Third-Party Payment Processors: Payments may be processed through third-party services. PCX is not responsible for any issues arising from such services.
5. User Responsibilities

5.2 Dispute Resolution: PCX is not a party to transactions between users. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.
